Description
Serving Method
- Pour 100ml of this premixed pick-me up into a cocktail shaker, two thirds full of ice cubes.
- Close your shaker and shake hard for around 10-15 seconds, back and forth to invigorate and foam the espresso. (If you don’t get enough foam, you didn’t shake it hard enough.)
- Pour into a chilled coupe glass, double strain through a fine sieve to catch the ice shards if you can.
- Garnish by twisting the oils from a freshly cut orange peel. Once the oils have been expressed onto the drink, simply place the peel on the rim of the glass.
- Serve.

- Freshly brewed, Fairtrade espresso
- Monin cinnamon syrup
- Salt
